Brian Harper
Managing Director
Brian is a passionate DIY'er, inventor and technology entrepreneur since the age of 12. As a defence research scientist, he worked on low light level television plus thermal imaging from 1971 and applied this knowledge into the civilian field from 1980 onwards via a company he founded with two civil engineers. Brian has designed, manufactured and sold a stream of innovative imaging products into civil engineering, nuclear, condition monitoring, medical, aerospace, police, firefighting fields and film industry. He has been continuously working on thermal imaging for 5 decades - and has not finished yet.

After a long career as an electronic Test Engineer for Automotive lighting & Packaging Machines followed by L.E.D. Airport Display systems, he then moved companies to work designing L.E.D. Aircraft Warning light Systems for the communications Tower industry. Energy Tracers Cic was pleased to welcome Julian Salter to the team. As a multiskilled, individual he is now helping to make us what we are today.
Lynn Jones is an essential part of the team, and has been with EnergyTracers Cic since the very beginning. As our Customer Service Representative, she has worked with and helped countless customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Professor William F. Fagan is a physicist working in optical measurement for 50 years. In 1996 he became a visiting professor to the Department of Modern Optics, De Montfort University, Leicester. He consulted to the U.S.A.F. Wright Patterson base Ohio plus Daimler Benz, Volkswagen, Ford USA, Rolls Royce, EDF, Mitsubishi , Mazda, and Toyota. Bill organised and chaired 6 international conferences on holography and optical technology across the world whilst publishing many papers in this field. In earlier career he was research and marketing director of both Swiss and German companies.

Dr Duncan Bell Research fellow, Lithium ion batteries, University of Birmingham 2021 PhD, chemistry, University of Birmingham 2012. He worked with various organisations exploring ideas including: home energy saving, geothermal district heating, industrial heat recovery and recycling, renewable electricity generation by PV, hydroelectric turbines, and wind turbines.
